Before you register.

Do I still have to give 5 ml of Multi Dose twice a week?

No. That requirement no longer applies. Give Otero Omega Oil daily, keep Equiflavin Multi Dose on hand, and give 10cc of Multi Dose at the first sign of colic.

Do I need both products, or is one enough?

Both. You must have Otero Omega Oil and Equiflavin Multi Dose on hand for your horse to be eligible — Otero goes in daily, Multi Dose sits in the barn until the day you need it.

My horse had colic surgery last year. Can I still register?

Not under standard enrollment. Use the Exception Review Form above — horses with colic surgery in the previous 365 days are submitted there for case review.

Does the warranty replace my vet?

No. Give the 10cc of Multi Dose and call your veterinarian immediately — the warranty is there to help with the cost of colic surgery, not to substitute for veterinary care.

How long do I have to register?
