Please note:

• Your horse must not have had colic surgery in the previous 365 days to qualify for standard enrollment.

• You must administer two 5ml doses of Equiflavin weekly.

• In the event of colic, administer at least 10ml of Equiflavin immediately.

• Annual usage requires approximately 520ml per horse.

• If your horse has had colic surgery within the past year, use the Exception Review Form.
